Our Mission
BizABLE Co is dedicated to empowering people with a disability by providing them with the tools, resources and support needed to create and manage their own micro-business.
Through supported business development, training and ongoing mentorship, we strive to facilitate independence, social inclusion, and personal fulfillment.
We aim to champion the entrepreneurial spirit - breakdown barriers, cultivate relationships and opportunities, and build a more inclusive and accessible community of all.
Rohans Story:
"My name is Rohan. I have Autism. My favourite thing to do is to collect broken glass on my adventures to the park, on bush walks and out and about with my support workers.
I am then supported to tumble that glass to make it smooth, frosted and safe. My team then helps me turn those pieces into special charms so everyone can see the beauty in the things I notice every day."
Our Micro Enterprise Services
BizABLE Co specialises in working with you to find out what your skills and abilities are, what you love doing and what you are passionate about. With this information we then support you to develop and set up a microenterprise business - where YOU are the boss. We are led by YOU, this is your journey.
You can choose the Independent Training package to work at your own pace with your own team, or you can have 1:1 Micro-enterprise support sessions with an experienced Job Coach through the process. Sessions are by appointment and can be in person or via zoom which ever is most accessible for you!
We work with people with disability who have NDIS funding, either in their Core or Capacity Building Budgets. At this stage we can only work with individuals who are Plan Managed, Self Managed, or Self Funded clients.
This model is ideal for people at all stages, whether they are students, school leavers, people who have tried work through an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE), people who have engaged with a Disability Employment Service (DES), or people who have never thought that they could find the right employment opportunity.
